Howard Dental Center Celebrates Christmas 2014 at Plae Bistro

Dr. Brian and his wife Katie invited the Howard Dental Center Staff out to a Christmas Dinner Party at Plae Bistro. The staff arrived dressed for a party. Dr. Brian even wore a tie for the occasion and his new coat. We ordered an array of yummy appetizers and tried several new beverages to kick off the Holiday Season!
Cheri, Deb, Mary and Julie exchanged gifts and our gift from the staff was given to Dr. Brian and Katie. Conversation flowed. The food and service was impeccable. What a wonderful evening! Howard Dental Center highly recommends Plae Bistro to everyone.

Thank you, Dr. Brian and Katie for the very special Christmas night out. It has put us all in great Christmas Spirit!

Are You Tired Of Waiting?

2014-07-09 08.00.40 (1)This past month Howard Dental Center decided to renew our efforts to seat our patients on time. We set a lofty goal of seating 95% of our patients within 5 minutes of their scheduled appointment time. In June we were able to achieve 95%. We will continue to post our results for all to see. Even when our results are not perfect, we believe we should be accountable.

Deb Volunteered For The Mission Of Mercy Project

Last week Deb volunteered to help set up the Mission of Mercy project. Mission of Mercy is a two day MASH-style free dental clinic designed to treat the most pressing needs of patients who would normally not have access to dental care. Each year the MOM travels to a different city in Wisconsin. This year Green Bay’s KI Center hosted the 2 day clinic on June 27-28. Over 1,000 volunteers from all around the state helped provide services including oral surgery, extractions, restorations, pediatric care, dental hygiene, and patient education. The goal was to provide $1 million dollars worth of charitable dental treatment. At the close of day one, over half that goal had been met. 600+ volunteers attended the Volunteer Appreciation Dinner held at Lambeau Field Atrium Friday evening. The dinner was a nice way of thanking everyone for their contributions, however the true reward was seeing the gratitude and joy on the faces of patients who had long awaited this treatment. Mission of Mercy, 2014, was a huge success!!!
