Howard Dental Center has decided to renew our efforts to seat our patients on time. We set a lofty goal of seating 95% of our patients within 5 minutes of their scheduled appointment time.
In July we were able to achieve 93%.
We will continue to post our results for all to see. Even when our results are not perfect, we believe we should be accountable.
